James Bouknight is a Founder and Managing Partner of Alianza Multifamily Investments, a real estate investment firm based in Maui, Hawaii. With over two decades of experience in the real estate and facilities management industries, James brings a wealth of knowledge in property assessment, project management, and asset optimization.
Before transitioning to multifamily real estate, James spent years as a maintenance supervisor and facility manager, overseeing condition assessments for complex assets, managing work crews, and spearheading multi-million-dollar construction and rehabilitation projects. His hands-on expertise in property operations and project execution has equipped him with a unique ability to identify and capitalize on value-add opportunities.
As part of the acquisitions team at Alianza Multifamily Investments, James conducts in-depth market research and builds strong relationships with brokers to uncover underperforming multifamily properties. Leveraging his extensive background in asset management, he evaluates potential investments to ensure strong cash flow and substantial equity growth for investors.
Fabiana Zambrano| Founder Managing Partner
Fabiana Zambrano is a Founder and Managing Partner of Alianza Multifamily Investments. With a diverse background in real estate and administrative leadership, Fabiana brings a unique blend of market expertise, relationship-building skills, and analytical acumen to the firm.
Before transitioning to multifamily real estate, Fabiana built a successful career as a real estate agent in Ecuador, where she developed strong broker relationships, conducted in-depth market research, and analyzed property metrics. Her experience as an administrative and HR liaison further refined her ability to provide efficient executive support and ensure smooth operations within organizations.
As a key member of the acquisitions team at Alianza Multifamily Investments, Fabiana plays an integral role in analyzing data, identifying emerging markets, and assessing investment opportunities. Her keen ability to source high-return deals has become one of her greatest strengths, enabling her to deliver substantial value to both partners and investors.
